While recovering from your breast augmentation, you’ll need to make a few temporary adjustments to your wardrobe. You won’t be able to wear your old bras – they won’t fit and will be too tight around the sensitive breast tissues that are still recovering.
During your recovery, you’ll need to wear a surgical bra or compression bandages to help provide your breasts with additional support as they heal. If you prefer to wear bras with underwire, you may need to wait an additional month before you are cleared to do so.
Our goals at Paramount Plastic Surgery are to make sure your recovery goes as smoothly as possible and to ensure the quality of your results. If you’re interested in getting a breast augmentation, contact our office today to schedule a consultation with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Keith Jeffords.
