Dr. Jeffords was one of 5 judges for both the Mrs. North Carolina and the Mrs South Carolina Pageants. The pageants were held together in Mooresville, North Carolina on Saturday, February 18, 2011. The winners of these pageants will participate in the Mrs. America national pageant.
