Dr. Jeffords attended the 29th Hawaii Plastic Surgery Symposium of the Pan- Pacific Surgical Congress from January 9-12, 2010. This is an international conference with a limited number of invitations given. This meeting is limited to 50 guests plus the invited international faculty. Topics at this symposium covered both cosmetic and reconstructive Plastic Surgery.
